Brief Introduction About Huari:
Dalian Huari Metal Forming Plant, an individual-owned enterprise, which’s established in 1993 and located in beautiful city of Dalian,is technically engaged in metal forming processing & mould manufacturing. our factory occupies 60,000 m2 ,of which ,production area is 40,000 m2 ,and by now,staffs including technicans of 50 have exceeded 500, with total assets of nearly 30 million RMB yuan.
We set up Dalian Daxin Metal Products Co., Ltd jointly with a firm of New Zealand in 1997,and in 2001,Dalian Jinli Metal Production Co,.Ltd. opened jointly with Richell,a famous company of Japan.
By strong capacity in technology,development of new products,mould design,and service,we have been distributing thousand and ten thousand kinds of our products to the large-scale areas  including machine manufactruring,electromechanical
industry,automobile,refrigeration,construction,chemical industry,and ect.
Our factory has been designated to supply necessary units for over 10 companies including Dalian SANYO Refrigeration Co.,Ltd,TOSHIBA(Dalian) Co.,Ltd, Dalian SANYO Cold Chain Co.,Ltd, Dalian SANYO Compressor Co.,Ltd,NISHISHIBA Co.,Ltd,SMC（China）,Beijing EBERA,FUJI(Dalian),and other more than 10 companies.Besides these, it has attained more and more important role to export to US,Japan, Canada,Australia,Germany,New Zealand,Singapore in recent years.
For our major facilities ,there are machine centers, punch presses,drawing machines,plate shears,NC lathes,NC benders,wire-cutting machines,laser-cutting machine,electrosparking machines,single-jig boring machines,sorts of mechanical processing equipments and welding equipments,which total 200 sets.
Our factory was one of the key protected units of Dalian(year 2000-2001)on improving soft environment project.In 2003, the authentication of ISO 9001 Quality System has been passed.

In 1991,we started the cooperation with foreign enterprises including SANYO,TOSHIBA,and so on
In 1993,the name of factory was modified to Dalian Huari Metal Forming Plant
In 1994, the construction of new factory completed
In 1995, the construction of office building completed
In 1996,a large-scale of pressing equipment was introduced
In 1997 ,we set up Dalian Daxin Metal Production Co,LTD.jointly with a firm of New Zealand
In 1998, the style of ownership was transformed
In 1999 ,the sale revenues exceeded 1,000 RMB
Since 2000, welding products are being manufactured
In 2001,jointly with RICHELL of Japan,Dalian Jinli Metal Production Co,LTD was set up
From 2002,we have been cooperating with customers from overseas and exporting to Japan,US,Canada,Autralia,etc
In 2003,the license of ISO 9001 quality management system was authorized
In 2004,we obtained the license of export & import
In 2005, we were engaged in a large-scale of introduction of CNC machining equipment
